I have to be careful when I choose Indian food. But you know, I’m allowed to have a treat now and then.

“But if I’m going to have a treat, it’s steak about four times a year, that’s it. But I’m looking forward to today. You’ve got to plan your sin.”

“So I know when I get back to Florida, I’ve already said to people, they’re like, ‘Where do you want to go and eat?’ I said, ‘We want to go to Capital Grill. I’m going to have a steak. I want a steak.’ Doesn’t make me sick.I’ll get up the next day and get back to my regimen.

The singer believes his disciplined diet has helped him maintain his youthful vigor as he promotes new single “Heart Of Christmas” and its accompanying album, Christmas With Cliff.

He said: I am doing something right. I also take eight vitamins every day and 10 vitamins every other day. I keep telling people one or two of them keep me alive, and I don’t know who they are, so I just take them all! ”

The new album, released on November 25, is his first in nearly two decades, and Sir Cliff admits it discouraged him very much from getting back into the recording studio.

“The record company asked for a Christmas album,” he said while appearing on Chris Evans’ Breakfast with Sky show on Monday. And I thought, ‘Well, I haven’t done one in years. I didn’t realize it was nearly 20 years ago.

Sir Cliff attributes a certain regimen of special diets to his diet and says he deprives himself of the things he loves to keep fit.

“It’s not really a diet,” Sir Cliff explained: “I eat well these days, but I only eat what I’m supposed to eat.”

“I have to give up some of the things I loved before,” he said, “but there are so many vegetables and different things I can eat, and that’s what I do.”

Christmas With Cliff marks the legend’s first dedicated Christmas album in 19 years and will be released in chart-eligible magazine format, for the first time in his eight-decade career.

Featuring the full 13-track CD, a 20-page magazine dedicated to the album and Cliff’s Love of Christmas, this unique chart-eligible format puts albums back on supermarket shelves for the first time since they phased out CD from July 2021.
